Advantages
* Powerful cooling machines
We adopt original new Bitzer or Copeland compressor condensing unit for fresh-keeping, refrigeration and freezing. So it brings high efficiency to the cold room. Besides, it’s safe and reliable.
* Cold room installation is easy
Each panels will be marked with unique number and with cam lock, you just need to lock different panels together, then seal them with silicon, it’s done!
* Fast freezing
From fresh to frozen, only 4~6 hours.
* Thermal insulation very well
The polyurethane cold storage board is foamed by high pressure. The PU panel with 42 kg/m3 density, at least 0.5 mm steel two sides color plate, so the cold room can keep long lifetime.
* Temperature accurately and low energy
It’s equipped with full automatic intelligent control with temperature setting, temperature controlling and automatic defrosting such functions.
Application:
The cold storage room can be widely used in the food industry, hotels, health, medicine, agriculture, chemical and other industries. Such as agricultural product processing, hotels, supermarket, blood banks, poultry slaughter and processing, aquaculture and processing, mushroom cultivation, dairy production, pharmaceutical processing and logistics, beverage production and processing, beer production and cooling, large-scale logistics storage, chemical product cooling.

4) -25 °C ~ -30 °C: Low Temperature Storage, Quick-Freeze
5) -35 °C ~ -40 °C: Blast Freezer, Quick-Freeze
Panel of Cool Room

How to install:
Installation is simple, easy to install.
Modular insulation panel, each panels will be marked with unique number and with cam lock, you just need to lock different panels together. Then seal them with silicon. After the floor, walls, door, roof are installed, a whole cold room is finished.
